The trading card I wanted is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Generally, all cards will be restocked. For inquiries about restocking dates, please contact us through the contact form.

Is there a warranty for the condition of the trading cards?

We check the condition of trading cards through the Japan made grading machine and a final check by human inspection.

What should I do if trading cards arrives damaged?

If it is damaged, please take a photo of the envelope/box without opening it and contact us at info@tcgsamurai.com.
